I went for my run last night. like after a longggg break. since CNY can you imagine..
Geeez. it was a toughie to start the engine. My body felt like an old car that needed so much pushing and kicking. My whole body felt so fat. Heavy was all I felt. Urgh!! The weight I am carrying on me for the run will so kill me. Felt like the burdens in life. Carrying so much on me. Blopping fats as I ran. Ugly ugly, so ugly. Really starting my engine all over again ain't easy especially with so many other commitments. this is a mental game. I have to do it. YES I CAN!. I want that medal so bad i think i should be able to do so.
