Yes. This is way overdue cos i just didn't have the time to blog properly. maybe i need a new laptop. the one at home is almost meeting its deadline to be dead. then again, how often do i use that? I rather use the desktop in office. anytime.
Being 28 i guess signifies another new level of friendship with the buddies. Almost 15 years of friendship with this bunch of monkeys. Buddies who seen the different me and the growing of me (fat to less fat and now fat). This year seems slightly different. The boys especially because most of them were here with their other half. Rayner and Melissa, Raymond and Belinda and Guang with Katherine. I wish Chick will also soon have his other half. He truly deserves a girl for him to pamper on and to love him. As for us girls, all else remains the same and perhaps next year things will be different too.
What more is there to wish for to have all my friends happy and settled down in their own way. Some way some how, being 28 signifies being happy with simple things. No longer lavish celebrations, theme parties. Just gathering for dinner is good enough since everyone is so busy.
So i just want to shout out to my buddies a very big thank you for this great 28th birthday together. thank you for accepting the way I am and who I have become. Birthdays will definitely not be complete not spending with you all. So may this tradition go on for the many years to come. I love you all. truly.
And what is a birthday celebration with some alcohol! Celebrating my birthday with the twin since we will always just be a day apart! Thou i know the night ended with me being dead drunk and puking into the morning and missing my birthday celebration in the morning. still. it was a good good night! Thank you for the flaming and the shot that killed me. happy 28th to us!
